Romper, Overall, Shortall sewing pattern for babies and toddlers 9 months to 4 years.

This irresistible little Overall/Romper is designed for boys and girls from 9 months to 4 years old; it can be made in a variety of fabrics suitable for all seasons. The mouse face bib adds loads of fun and will make this a real favorite with the little ones. It has a full length leg and straps that button on at the back; it is easy fitting and can be worn over a warm knitted top or T shirt and is roomy enough for a diaper. You can make it up in colours and prints to suit a boy or girl.

SIZES: 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 ---- to fit children 9 months to 4 years old. Sizing is international e.g size 2 = 2 year old. All measurements in metric and inches.

EXPERIENCE: Advanced beginner to intermediate. The basic overall is very easy to make; the bib and ears require neat, well finished sewing for best results. There are two buttonholes. 

FABRIC: Sturdy cotton is best; e.g homespun, sail cloth, light weight drill or denim. For winter weight use pin-wale corduroy, velveteen, wool; fleecy is also suitable. I used a yarn-dyed cotton check with velveteen for the face and a spotted poplin for the ears.
